Accessibility Statement

Our commitment to creating an inclusive digital experience

Our Commitment to Accessibility

Transform System Center (TSC) is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to achieve this.

Conformance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

The TSC website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.

Measures Taken

We have taken the following measures to ensure accessibility on our website:

  • We include accessibility as part of our design and development process from the beginning
  • We use appropriate semantic markup for headings, lists, and form elements
  • We ensure that all non-text content has alternative text
  • We maintain sufficient color contrast ratios for text and important graphics
  • We ensure that all functionality is available using the keyboard
  • We provide clear focus indicators for keyboard users
  • We ensure that content is properly structured and can be interpreted by assistive technologies
  • We test our website with screen readers and other assistive technologies

Accessibility Features

Our website includes the following accessibility features:

Keyboard Navigation

Our website can be navigated using a keyboard. Users can press the Tab key to navigate through elements on a page and Enter/Return to activate links and buttons.

Text Resizing

Text can be resized up to 200% without loss of content or functionality using the browser's zoom functions.

Alternative Text

We provide alternative text for images and other non-text content so that it can be interpreted by screen readers and other assistive technologies.

Color and Contrast

We ensure that color is not used as the only visual means of conveying information, and that text has sufficient contrast with its background.

Consistent Navigation

Navigation mechanisms that are repeated on multiple pages appear in the same relative order each time they are repeated.

Known Limitations

While we strive to adhere to the WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines, some content may not be fully accessible:

  • Some older PDF documents may not be fully accessible to screen reader users
  • Some form controls may not have explicitly associated labels
  • Some dynamic content may not be fully accessible to users of assistive technologies

We are currently working to address these issues and improve the accessibility of our website.

Feedback and Assistance

We welcome feedback on the accessibility of the TSC website. If you experience any accessibility barriers or have suggestions on how we can improve accessibility, please contact us:

We aim to respond to feedback within 3 business days.

Assessment Methods

We assess our website's accessibility through the following methods:

  • Self-evaluations using WCAG 2.1 Level AA as a guideline
  • Testing with assistive technologies, including screen readers
  • User testing with people who have disabilities
  • Automated testing tools to identify potential accessibility issues
